Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders ship within 7–14 business days. Ritual takes time. Every order is packed with presence and intention.

Q: Will I get a confirmation email?

A: Yes — once you order, you’ll receive a confirmation and tracking email when your item ships.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing with care — no cancellations beyond that point.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the intimate, made-for-you nature of our items, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: We got you. If your item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Q: Why don’t you accept returns or exchanges?

A: We believe in fresh, intentional, untouched rituals. Every piece is made to be yours and yours only — no recycling of returns.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not yet — but we’re working on it. U.S. domestic shipping is available with tracking.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: All major cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay are accepted at checkout.

Q: How long is delivery time?

A: Delivery typically takes 7–30 days, depending on location. Trust the process — it’s worth the wait.

Q: I entered the wrong address — can I fix it?

A: Yes. Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll update it before shipment.
